All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not
happy with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will make arrangements for an exchange or full refund. BargainBookDeals.com will
even pay for return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used; We do not issue refund
checks. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless
the return is the result of our error.
On occassion we will promote certain books by reducing their price. This may include single titles, or books of an entire category. Customers who purchase these books, prior to the price reduction, will not be eligible for the discount or a credit for the difference. A current lower price is not a valid reason to return books.
To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly you must first contact
Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and package label. Packages
without proper return authorization will not be accepted.
Send an email message to our Customer Service department at Support@BargainBookDeals.com.
Put "Return authorization needed" on the subject line to help us process
your request quickly. In the body of the email message specify your Order ID number,
the reason for return, and list the item(s) you are returning. We will provide
a return authorization number within 48 hours and will email a return label to
you.
Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your packing
slip and wrap the package securely. Affix the label that we emailed to you and
ship the package via U.S. Mail or UPS. Be sure to apply adequate postage.
